DryerPartsOnline.com operates in US currency. All prices displayed on this website is in US currency.
Shipping Methods
We currently use United Parcel Service (UPS) as our primary shipper. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes, therefore we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We can however ship by UPS to residential P.O. Boxes in rural areas, Example, RR#2 Box 275, etc.

Delivery by the end of the third business day
UPS 2nd Day Air
Delivery by the end of the second business day. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time

Next business day delivery by the end of the day

Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination

Choice of Shipping Carrier
We reserve the right to switch shipping carriers at our discretion. The carrier may change, but the delivery time will not. If your shipping carrier is changed you will be notified when you receive your shipping confirmation and tracking email. This is usually done so that you will get your item quicker. For example, if you selected UPS ground at checkout, we may send your item via the US Post Office using Priority Mail 2 to 3 business day delivery including Saturdays.
Canada
We ship to Canada using U.S. Priority Mail International only. The average shipping cost is $17.00 to $24.00 USD. You can expect to receive your package in 4 to 10 business days. GST & PST (QST in Quebec), or HST if applicable will be due when the package is delivered.
All Other Countries
International orders are shipped via United States Post Office Priority Mail International. You can expect to receive your package in 5 to 7 business days. You are responsible for all duties, taxes and customs fees.
Return Policy
We will pay all shipping costs if as a result of our error you received an incorrect item. Simply contact us at: service@OhioAsc.com and request a return merchandise authorization. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
You may return most new, unopened uninstalled items within 15 days of delivery with prior approval. All returns must be approved in advance and issued a return merchandise authorization, RMA. Please send an email to: service@OhioAsc.com and we will reply with your RMA number and return instructions. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Please do not attempt to return an item without a return authorization. Depending on the item a restocking fee may apply. Unless otherwise approved all sales are final and no return authorization will be approved beyond fifteen (15) days of when you received your item. Electrical parts that have been installed are not eligible for return. Electrical parts can be damaged when installed improperly and our suppliers do not allow for the return of electrical parts that have been installed.
Parts Warranty
All DryerPartsOnline.com products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 90 days. Any item found to be defective will be replaced provided we are notified within 90 days of when the item was received based on the delivery confirmation date. Defective parts can not be returned for a refund, exchange only. Shipping charges are not the responsibility of DryerPartsOnLine.com. To receive a replacement part under this warranty the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with the exchange. We reserve the right to request that the item be returned to us for examination. Additionally we require that you provide us with the complete model and serial number from your dryer to facilitate the paperwork with the part manufacturer.
Exchanges
If you accidentally order the wrong item simply request a return authorization number. After you receive the return authorization number you can then place another order for the correct item. When we ship the new order we will include a prepaid return shipping label for the return of the original order. To request an RMA number, send an email to: service@OhioAsc.com and we will reply with return instructions. Please include your order number and the reason for the exchange. After we receive the original order back, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping charge and the cost of the return shipping.
Substitution Policy
Part manufacturers may provide substitute replacement parts for items ordered at their discretion. We reserve the right to cancel any order where the substitute part is more expensive than the original part ordered.
