You may return most new, unopened uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery. To insure proper handling and credit all returns must be approved in advance and issued a return merchandise authorization, RMA. Please send an email to: service@OhioAsc.com and we will reply with your RMA number and return instructions. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Please do not return an item without a return authorization. Depending on the item a restocking fee may apply. Electrical parts that have been installed, manuals, books, cleaners, liquids, adhesives and sealants are not eligible for return.
