Any item found to be defective will be replaced provided we are notified within 90 days of when the item was received based on the delivery confirmation date. Defective parts can not be returned for a refund, exchange only. Shipping charges are not the responsibility of DryerPartsOnLine.com. To receive a replacement part under this warranty the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with the exchange. We reserve the right to request that the item be returned to us for examination. Additionally we require that you provide us with the complete model and serial number from your dryer to facilitate the paperwork with the part manufacturer.

How to find your dryer model number
Most dryer model numbers are located around the door opening. Sometimes you will find them on the door or on the front where the door closes. Some manufacturers put them on the side panel near the bottom front and occasionally on the lower portion of the front. Less often manufacturers put dryer model numbers on the back of the control panel.
Always use the model number located on your dryer when searching for parts or requesting service because the care and use guide (owners manual) that came with your dryer is often generic for several models and may not indicate changes made to your specific dryers production run.
