Parts Warranty

Appliance parts purchased from DryerPartsOnLine.com are guaranteed for 90 Days from the purchase date against factory defects. A defective appliance part can be exchanged for a new one within 90 days of the original purchase date. A defective part cannot be returned for a refund, exchange only.

To receive a replacement part under warranty you must contact us by email at: service@ohioasc.com within 90 days and provide us with your order number plus the model and serial number taken directly from the appliance that the part is installed on. If you can't remember your order number we can help with that.

DryerPartsOnLine.com is not responsible for any shipping charges having to do with a warranty return. You (the customer) will be responsible for any and all shipping charges, including shipping charges to send the defective part back to us, as well as the shipping charges to send a replacement part to you (the customer).

The following items are excluded from this 90 Day Parts Warranty.

Appliance parts installed on appliances in commercial applications such as businesses, laundromats, apartment and condominium laundry rooms. In other words, this warranty only covers appliances installed in single family homes, apartments and condominiums.

Damage caused by improper installation or misuse.

Consumable items such as filters, as well as manuals, books, cleaners, liquids, adhesives, and sealants are not covered under this 90-day warranty.

Dryer fuses, safety thermostats, and thermal fuses because these items are safety devices designed to fail in the event of a dryer vent restrictions or shorted heater.

Part Availability
In the event that a replacement warranty part is no longer available through our normal suppliers, we will refund the price you paid for the item based on the original order.

This limited Warranty is extended to the original purchaser only, it is not transferable. Furthermore, this Warranty covers only the appliance part. It does not cover technical assistance any other incidental or consequential damages.

If you have any questions about our Warranty, please contact us at:

How to find your dryer model number

Most dryer model numbers are located around the door opening. Sometimes you will find them on the door or on the front where the door closes. Some manufacturers put them on the side panel near the bottom front and occasionally on the lower portion of the front. Less often manufacturers put dryer model numbers on the back of the control panel.

Always use the model number located on your dryer when searching for parts or requesting service because the care and use guide (owners manual) that came with your dryer is often generic for several models and may not indicate changes made to your specific dryers production run.
