3406129 Dryer Drum Seal and Bearing Kit

Dryer drum seal and bearing support kit 3406129, is used on Kenmore, Whirlpool, Roper, KitchenAid, Estate, some Maytag gas and electric dryers

 

Bearing kit 3406129, comes with installation instructions.

 

Replaces, 3406129, 2702, PS346710, PS346710, AP3131525,

 

1. Disconnect power or unplug the dryer
2. Raise top and console assembly
3. Remove toe panel if used
4. Remove the front cabinet panel
5. Remove the old bearing and seal from the front panel. Leave the three plastic clips in place
6. Install the new bearing and seal around the opening flange, with the white portion of the seal to the outside of the front cabinet panel flange.
7. Make sure the folded edge of the seal is facing away from the front cabinet panel, and the three holes in the bearing fit over the three plastic clips. Fold the seal with the white portion of the seal sandwiched between the fold in the seal.
8. Replace the front cabinet panel
9. Replace toe panel if used
10. Lower the top and console assembly in place
11. Reconnect power to the dryer
